Maximum pet weight limit not to exceed 80 lb @ full grown (households with pets above 50 lb must lease a 1st floor apartment)
- Non- Refundable Pet Fee of $300 per animal 35 lbs. and below
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $400 per animal above 36 to 50 lbs
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $1,000 per animal 50 lbs or over
